THE FOOD WE COOK WITH!

People know we cook with healthy products, but I wanted to tell you that the quality of the food we cook with is extremely important to me. 

When you know you're eating healthy, you get even better results!
Most importantly, our meals are high in protein which are the building blocks of the human body. 

We use all-natural bison, chicken, turkey, fresh salmon, tenderloin bistro, sausage, eggs, and more! 

We slow cook our proteins, ensuring you get max flavor and nutrients out of every meal, and add in our spices halfway through the cooking process, ensuring your food is flavorful and high in antioxidants.

Let's talk fat, not that type of fat….cooking fat. 

We only cook with 100% pure extra virgin olive oil and organic high oleic sunflower oil from Colorado. 

Even our peanut butter is all-natural and only has two ingredients peanuts and salt. 

Fats give us energy, protect our organs, support cellular growth, help keep cholesterol and blood pressure in check along with helping us absorb vital nutrients! 

When consumed in the right amounts, these are the types of fats that are great for your health and your waistline.

We only use fresh spices from Savory Spice. 

They have no added sodium, sugars, preservatives, or artificial colors. They are the real deal. Herbs and spices, such as rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, cumin, garlic powder (man, I'm getting a little hungry talking about spices.)

Did you know that antioxidants stave off free radicals in your Body? Free radicals cause harm when their levels become too high in your Body. 

They are linked to diabetes, heart disease, sickness, cancer, and aging. Every MFF meal has, on average, one tablespoon of high-antioxidant spices, which have more antioxidants than four bowls of vegetables! 

You can taste the freshness of these spices in our meals, which is one of the secrets to why they're so good!

Now, let's talk carbies. Our entire menu is gluten-free, except for our tacos and enchiladas. 

We use low glycemic carbs such as parboiled brown rice, sweet potatoes, steel-cut oats, new potatoes, cauliflower, and quinoa. These provide great fiber for your digestive system and provide long-lasting energy levels.

We get in fresh produce five days a week and hand-cut everything in-house. That's some work, but we love taking care of you.

Less prep on our side means you can get in more reps and work those sexy muscles! Our top produce are also high in antioxidants. Broccoli, spinach, green beans, asparagus, beans, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, kale, and blueberries. I love fresh food, and this is our kitchen motto Fresh Fresh Fresh.

Quick recap, the foods we use are nutritionally dense, are utilized well by your Body, taste great, are high in proteins, and antioxidants, and are made daily so you can be your best. 

That might be why the name of the company is called MyFitFoods!
