As you can see below we will be scoring everyone based on your individual stats. 

Lose fat or gain muscle and you get points. 

Gain fat or lose muscle and you lose points.

Seems easy, right!? (Remember the goal is to Recomp with lasting results)

At the end of your 90 days we calculate your score and who ever has the highest is our winner!

THE DETAILS

Entry into the challenge is open anytime from August 15th to January 17th. 

Once you’ve signed up for the Recomp challenge your 90 days starts upon your first In-Body scan at a My Fit Foods location.

Just mention you're there for the challenge and they will quickly get you taken care of. We require every challenger to use our InBody machine to ensure you have an accurate reading for your body. 

Your score will come from weighing in once a month on our InBody machine.  

We require everyone on the challenge to purchase a minimum of 15 meals a week. 

(Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis please refer to your local nutritional coach.) 

To help out we are giving everyone free access to our Fit Club membership for the entire time you're entered.

That means you get 20% off each meal!
